1 sachet vanilla sugar
6 egg yolks
250 g powdered sugar
400 g cream
150 g vodka
40 g Cointreau or Triple Sec
Squeeze 4 oranges (run counterclockwise for few pieces of fruit). Separate 6 eggs.
Add 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 6 egg yolks, sugar and 400 g cream and heat for 12 minutes / 70 °C / speed 1.
Cool to 40 °C, add 150 g vodka and 40 g Cointreau / Triple Sec and mix for 15 seconds / speed 4.
Pour through a fine sieve into bottles sterilized with boiling water and leave to cool. Then store in the refrigerator and shake before use!
With the unused egg white can be prepared, for example, delicious meringue clouds.
