After receiving the return, we will check the defects and offer you a solution immediately.
Please note, however, that every return pollutes the environment and also costs us money.

Do you want to return an item?
It's very simple - fill out the enclosed return slip completely and send the goods to us!
After we have received and inspected the return, we will initiate further steps within approximately 72 hours, such as a refund according to your specifications.
You can return your goods using a service provider of your choice. Please be sure to enclose the return slip or invoice, otherwise we will not be able to assign the return.
If there is a problem with the product or delivery, please contact us to receive a return label if necessary.

I have used the product and I don't like it, is the return free?
If the product shows signs of wear and tear that are the result of unnecessary handling, we can no longer resell it. Accordingly, we cannot refund you the return shipping costs or the full price of the product. I hope you understand this.

Can I return the product at my own expense?
Of course, you can also send your order back to us directly. Please do not forget to enclose an invoice, order confirmation or the cancellation form so that we can assign your order.

Where can I drop off the package?
You can define a drop-off point in our returns portal. By default, the nearest drop-off point is preselected for you. We offer returns with DPD, GLS or DHL. If you change the drop-off point, you can also select which delivery service you would like to use to return your goods.
