The citrus press version 2.0 was specially developed for the TM6 and TM5!
- Thanks to the high speed and powerful motor of the Thermomix, citrus fruits are pressed 70% faster compared to conventional juicers.
- Simply switch between clockwise rotation for more pulp and counter-clockwise rotation for less pulp.
- Up to 2.2 liters of juice can be pressed.
- The delivery includes 2 pressing cones. One for grapefruits and large oranges, the second for small oranges, lemons or limes.
- Simply rinse with water or put in the dishwasher.
How safe is the citrus press?
The sieve is placed on the standard Thermomix lid during use. All openings are so small that it is impossible to reach into the blade.
Does the citrus press damage my Thermomix or the scale?
Absolutely not! We have precisely calibrated the citrus press to the Thermomix and subjected it to endurance tests. The scale is not overloaded during juicing. Any pushing around, setting down, or stirring dough puts more strain on the scale than your hand strength during pressing.
Note:
The Thermomix speed must be set to level 2.5. Only then will the motor provide enough speed and power for juicing.
The pressing cones fit snugly against the sieve - to produce a perfect pulp content, rattling or scratching noises may occur. This is not a defect!
