Our estimix weighing plate is designed to be inserted into the Thermomix in place of the mixing bowl. This allows the scale to be used independently of the mixing or cooking process - real added value!
Simply insert it, place a plate or bowl on the weighing surface and weigh your ingredients. The containers stand securely and at ideal working height on the estimix, providing an optimal working environment for weighing ingredients.
Of course, you can also place your solid ingredients directly on the weighing surface. The weighing surface with a diameter of 13 cm provides plenty of space for this, and a surrounding edge keeps the ingredients together.
