Condensation builds up quickly in the cooler boxes of the new Ford Nugget models from 2024 – especially in the two separate compartments. This leads to frozen food, soggy packaging, and in the worst case, mold and unpleasant odors.
Our 040parts insert plate set was specifically developed for the Nugget from 2024 and consists of one large plate for the left side and a smaller one for the right side. Both create a gap of approximately 1cm from the bottom, allowing air to circulate better. Condensation stays below while food and packaging are stored clean and dry – without daily wiping.
The 2mm aluminum is bent on all four sides, making the plates extremely stable – even with a fully loaded cooler. The white powder coating provides lasting protection against corrosion and fits perfectly with most cooler compartments.
With this set, you've got both sides of your cooler covered and benefit everywhere from dry, fresh supplies. Developed by campers for campers who value simple, durable solutions.
