To close the tailgate, the stand only needs to be lifted briefly. This means that the cylinder of the gas pressure spring can retract again without any problems.

It is compatible with the VW T5, T6, T7 Transporter or Multivan . But be careful, people: not every model has the same gas struts. Therefore, before purchasing, you should measure the length of the thin shock tube (should be at least 295 mm) and the diameter of the thick shock tube (should be a maximum of 31 mm). This way you can ensure that our tailgate display fits your van perfectly.
