Pretty much every camper cooler box has a condensation problem – including the one in the VW T7 California. Moisture collects on the bottom, food freezes solid or packaging gets soaked. The result: mold, bacteria and funky smells.
Our 040parts insert plate fixes that. It creates about 1 cm of space between the bottom and your food, so air can flow freely. The condensation stays down below, while everything on top stays dry – no daily wiping required. Fruit and veggies stay fresher longer, packaging stays clean, and bacteria growth is effectively prevented.
The 2mm thick aluminum sheet is bent up on all four sides, making it incredibly stable and rigid – even when your cooler box is packed to the brim. The white powder coating provides double protection against the elements and blends unobtrusively into the box's interior.
