In the newer Ford Nugget models from 2024 onwards, condensation builds up fast in the cooler – especially in those two separate compartments. That means frozen food, soggy packaging, and in the worst case, mold and funky smells.
Our 040parts insert plate set was developed specifically for the Nugget from 2024 and consists of one large plate for the left side and a smaller one for the right side. Both create about 1cm of clearance from the bottom, so air circulates better. Condensation collects below while your food and packaging stay clean and dry – no daily wiping needed.
The 2mm aluminum is bent on all four sides, making these plates incredibly stable – even when your cooler is packed to the brim. The white powder coating protects against corrosion long-term and looks perfect with most cooler interiors.
With this set, you've got both sides of your cooler covered and enjoy fresh, dry supplies everywhere. Designed by campers for campers who value simple, durable solutions.
