Our baking paper comes as a set with 3 different sizes:
1x oval with precisely fitting inner diameter of the insert base.
1x oval with extended edges and handles, so liquid dishes like omelets don't spill out of the insert base. The side cutouts ensure the necessary steaming of the food.
additionally: 1x rectangular cut as a base in the oven, on the baking sheet or to cut it individually to your needs.
Our baking mats can be used in the steam cooking insert, in the oven (electric and gas), in the microwave and even on the gas grill.
These food-safe and certified mats can be used up to 300 degrees Celsius.
Our baking mats prefer hand washing but are basically also dishwasher safe. Faster, cleaner, simpler, more ecological with our sustainable baking paper.
