Our baking paper comes in a set with 3 different sizes:
1x oval with exactly matching inner diameter of the insert base.
1x oval with extended edges and handles, so liquid dishes like omelets don't spill out of the insert base. The side cutouts ensure the necessary steaming of the food.
additionally: 1x rectangular cutting as a base in the oven, on the baking sheet or to cut it to your specifications.
Our baking mats are suitable for use in the steamer insert, in the oven (electric and gas), in the microwave and even on the gas grill.
These food-safe and certified mats can be used at temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius.
Our baking mats prefer hand washing but are basically also dishwasher-safe. Faster, cleaner, easier, more ecological with our sustainable baking paper.
