For better mincing, we have developed the mixcover chopping helper for your MCC. This keeps the ingredients in the area of the blade for a finer mixing result.
The funnel prevents splashing in the Monsieur Cuisine Connect mixing bowl when chopping, puréeing and cutting. Finally, small quantities can be cleanly minced without sticking to your pot. The chopping helper is heat resistant up to 120°C. It can remain in the mixing bowl during cooking and additional ingredients can be added. The collapsible wire handles make removal easier. To fold the wire handles, squeeze them together on the sides. Tip: With hot wire handles, simply hook in the spatula.
