EASY TO USE: First place the shaft onto the knife, then select the desired blade and insert it into the spiral slicer attachment, place the Thermomix lid on top, place your desired vegetable or fruit with a freshly cut edge onto the pusher, and process on speed 2 in clockwise direction with care to create vegetable strips.
