The doughpro encloses the entire thermomix knife and prevents the sticky dough mass from touching the core of the knife and thus clearly makes it easier to remove the dough from the mixing bowl. Thanks to the recesses and the cone -shaped design of the little helper, the dough is still optimally kneaded and mixed. After the preparation, rinse the doughpro and the mixer knife briefly with warm water and the knife is ready for use again.
