The casserole is done in the Varoma and half the liquid ends up below in the mixing bowl. Put something underneath to catch it.

NOTHING DRIPS INTO THE MIXING BOWL ANYMORE: The liquid stays in the mold instead of running through the drip tray into the Varoma container and on into the mixing bowl.

FITS THE VAROMA DRIP TRAY: Cut to fit the drip tray of the TM6, TM5, TM31 and Thermomix Friend. Place it in, fill it up, put the Varoma lid on.

UP TO 230 DEGREES: The silicone mold can also be used in the oven at high temperatures, not just for steaming.

NON-STICK: The surface prevents food from sticking and burning. Cake, fish or omelet lift right out instead of having to be scraped out.

THE STEAM SLOTS STAY CLEAN: Because nothing runs through anymore, there's no more tedious scraping out of the slots in the drip tray.

The Varoma drip tray has slots so the steam can get through. But that's also exactly where everything liquid runs out. The silicone mold fits inside and catches it, turning the drip tray into a casserole dish. Every dish keeps its look and its flavor instead of disappearing into the mixing bowl below.

We are a young company from Hamburg and we build accessories for the Thermomix. Mostly things we missed ourselves when cooking.

MIXCOVER TIP: Place the mold in the drip tray already filled, not the other way around. Otherwise you'll be handling full hands over the steam in the hot Varoma.
