With the exact fit, you save yourself the tedious cutting of baking paper for the steam cooking insert.

Our baking mat is available in a set of 3 different sizes:
- 1x oval with exactly matching inner diameter of the steam cooking insert
- 1x oval with extended edges and handles, so that liquid dishes like omelettes don't leak out of the insert base. The side cutouts ensure the necessary steaming of the dishes.
- Additionally: 1x rectangular cut as an underlay in the oven, on the baking sheet or for custom cutting.
Our baking mats can be used for steam cooking, in the oven (electric and gas), in the microwave and even on the gas grill.
Up to 300 degrees Celsius, these food-safe and certified mats can be used.
Our baking mats prefer hand washing but are generally also dishwasher safe.
