Our baking mat comes in a set with 3 different sizes:
- 1x oval with precisely fitting inner diameter of the steam cooking insert
- 1x oval with extended edges and handles, so liquid dishes such as omelets don't leak out of the insert tray. The side cutouts provide the necessary steam circulation for the food.
- Additionally: 1x rectangular sheet for use in the oven, on the baking tray or to cut to your individual needs.
Our baking mats can be used for steam cooking, in the oven (electric and gas), in the microwave and even on the gas grill.
Up to 300 degrees Celsius, these food-safe and certified mats can be used.
Our baking mats prefer hand washing but are also generally dishwasher safe.
