Thanks to the high speed and powerful motor of the Monsieur Cuisine SMART, citrus fruits are juiced 70% faster compared to conventional juicers.
Simply switch between clockwise rotation for more pulp and counterclockwise rotation for less pulp.

How safe is the juice press?
The sieve is locked like the conventional lid of the MCS during use. All openings are so small that accessing the blade is impossible.
Will the juice press damage my device or scale?
Absolutely not! We have precisely tailored the orange press to the Monsieur Cuisine Smart and subjected it to endurance tests. The scale is not overloaded during juicing. Any pushing around, putting down, or stirring dough puts more strain on the scale than your hand strength when pressing.
Please note the following instructions:
The speed of your Monsieur Cuisine Smart must be set to level 2.5. Only this way does the motor have enough speed and power for juicing.
The pressing cones fit closely against the sieve - to produce perfect pulp content, rattling or scraping noises may occur. This is not a defect!
