  • Uneven pitch: Lifting/air cushion for millimetre-precise levelling of motorhomes, caravans & campers – drive on, inflate, stand level. Lift up to 20 cm (65 x 45 cm).
  • Wedges in the way: Alternative to ramp wedges – space-saving air ramp wedge/pump cushion instead of bulky wedges. Ideal for caravans, campervans, panel vans, vans & vanlife.
  • Risk of overpressure: Automatic safety valve continuously releases air in case of overload or strong sun – protects against excessive pressure. Valve opens at approx. 1.25 bar (Safety-Plus).
  • No pump included: Use your existing SUP pump, car/bicycle pump (adapter included) or compressor with pressure gauge. Sub-valve with bayonet + finely adjustable air release.
  • Muddy hands: Carrying handle for positioning, lifting in the dirt or hanging up. Important: only use on firm, suitable ground – free of stones/sharp points, use a mat underneath if necessary.
Uneven pitch, rattling door, wobbly fridge? With the 040Parts levelling lifting cushion (also called air cushion/levelling cushion) you can level your motorhome, caravan or campervan to the millimetre – without bulky ramp wedges.
Here's how easy it is:
1) Place the cushion on firm, clean ground (free of stones & sharp points, use a mat if necessary).
2) Drive on slowly and straight, apply handbrake/wedges.
3) Use your pump (not included) to inflate to the desired level – done.
Safety-Plus against overpressure: Our automatic safety valve releases pressure continuously in case of overload or extreme solar radiation. Recommended working pressure up to approx. 1.0 bar / 14 PSI; valve opens from approx. 1.25 bar.
Practical in everyday life: The Carrying handle helps with positioning, lifting in mud or hanging up to dry. EVA pads on top/bottom provide grip, tyre protection & chassis relief.
Dimensions & lift: 65 x 45 cm, lift height up to 20 cm. Please only use for levelling – not as a jack for repairs.

In connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices that contain batteries, we are obliged to inform you of the following:
 
Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste.
 
You can either return used batteries that we carry or have carried in our range as new batteries to us at your own expense, or return them free of charge to our dispatch warehouse (shipping address). Alternatively, you can drop off the batteries at local collection points.
 
As an end user, you are legally obligated to return used batteries so that they can be reconditioned or properly disposed of.
 
Used batteries may contain harmful substances that can damage the environment or your health if not stored or disposed of properly. However, batteries also contain important raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese or nickel and can be recycled.
 
The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning:
 
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol means that the battery must not be disposed of in household waste.
 
For batteries containing a certain amount of lead, cadmium or mercury, the additions shown below the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicate the respective harmful substances:
 
Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004 percent by mass of lead
Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002 percent by mass of cadmium
Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005 percent by mass of mercury
