The elegant Pinecco is a sparkling wine with the herbal-sweet freshness of the forest. The organic Silvaner from the 2014 vintage is refined with Sonnenkiefer fir tip syrup. Both components combined in the so-called Pinecco create a wonderfully refreshing and extraordinary sparkling wine, which is more than excellent as a welcome cocktail when you want something truly special. Once a year, in early May, the Sonnenkiefer manufactory begins the controlled harvest of the light green tips of the Norway spruce. The precious tips are collected by hand. Sonnenkiefer carefully ensures that only so few tips are taken that the tree's development is not disturbed. The fresh green is immediately cooked into a decoction and processed into syrup. Machine harvesting, long transport routes for raw ingredients, industrial bottling and packaging are eliminated. It is particularly important to Sonnenkiefer that the products are also sustainable in their production. Of course, all ingredients are organic certified and vegan. Try it yourself - Cheers!
