With the dough flower, bread dough in particular can be easily loosened from the knife in the mixing bowl.
Quick start Guide:
1. Turn over the mixer with the dough and the knife and place them on the table.
2. Place the dough flower onto the knife from below.
3. Turn the dough flower back and forth slightly so that the dough falls out (attention the mix knife turns).
